Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SyncPIM service (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.
SyncPIM is published by Stellab SASU (hereinafter "the Company"), a simplified joint-stock company registered in France.
2. Description of Service
SyncPIM is a SaaS platform for exporting data from Akeneo PIM to MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases. The Service includes:
- Connection to your Akeneo PIM instance
- Export of products, categories, attributes, and reference entities
- Data enrichment through configurable enrichers
- Storage in your destination databases
- Export scheduling (daily, real-time depending on plan)
- Monitoring and tracking dashboard
3. Registration and User Account
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
3.3 Account Security
You agree to:
- Keep your password confidential
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your credentials with third parties
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing Plans
The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription with different plans (Essential, Professional, Enterprise). Current pricing is available on the Pricing page.
4.2 Free Tier
10 free exports are offered to test the platform. No credit card is required to start the trial.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually according to your choice. Payments are made by credit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe).
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
4.5 Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
5. Use of the Service
5.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose, namely exporting and synchronizing PIM data.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to bypass security measures or Service limitations
- Intentionally overload the Service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malware
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
5.3 Usage Limits
Each plan has limits (number of products, environments, enrichers). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of the Service until you upgrade your plan.
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Your Data
You remain the owner of all data you process through the Service. We only access your data to provide the Service and technical support.
6.2 Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.3 Akeneo Credentials
Your Akeneo instance credentials are stored encrypted. We recommend creating a dedicated user with limited permissions for API access.
6.4 Backup
We perform regular backups of our systems. However, you are responsible for backing up your destination data (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Company Rights
The Service, its source code, design, logos, and documentation are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Your subscription grants you only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to your data, configurations, and custom enrichers created through the Service.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them freely to improve the Service.
8. Availability and Support
8.1 Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% Service availability. Scheduled maintenance interruptions will be communicated in advance when possible.
8.2 Support
Support level depends on your plan:
- Essential: Email support (48h response)
- Professional: Email + chat support (24h response)
- Enterprise: Priority support (4h SLA), dedicated account manager
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9.2 Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the preceding 12 months.
9.3 Exclusions
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
10.2 Termination by the Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive use of the Service.
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled. You have 30 days to export your configurations. Data in your destination databases belongs to you and remains accessible.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
